Stretchmark, Trauma & Surgical Scar treatments including Acne

Medical Microneedling is a method of technique used to improve the appearance, texture, tone and firmness of the skin. Also known as 'Collagen Induction Therapy' and 'Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation'. A number of skin conditions can benefit from this treatment including, stretchmarks, surgical and trauma scars, atrophic and hypertrophic, and those caused by acne. The procedure involves creating micro-channels into the skin using a device with a number of very fine needles. The aim is to cause micro injuries from these channels to rebuild the skins surface, and to work with the body's natural healing process, furthermore, encouraging increased collagen and elastin during healing. Melanocyte cells are also released in this process and help to naturally re pigment scar tissue, therefore a client may find no further need for camouflage as their own natural healing has created such benefits to the appearance of the scar tissue. Each scar and clients requirements will be different, number of sessions required will be discussed during consultation.
